Yoga... spreading like wild fire! It is always practiced only the asanas as an alternative to exercise. However, yoga is not only asana; it is a 'Science of Total Living'.
There might be lot of *airing out* and dissemination of individual's experiences, and please be comfortable & sympathetic with those subjects.
